Out of the Pantry Cooking: Cinco de Mayo!

Take a virtual seat in Highfield’s Kitchen with our new online culinary series. Our Culinary Director, Gail Blakely, will share simple, yet delicious recipes made with pantry staples you can have on the table in under an hour and will make you the talk of your home bistro!
Gail is joined by Personal Chef Peggy Eagan this week. To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, they will be making delicious churros and dulce de leche bars.
Classes will be held online using the Zoom platform, and if you choose to use the video option, we have no doubt you will find friendly and familiar faces. We are excited to create these opportunities for togetherness and community!
