Driving around town as the “mom taxi” leaves less time for families to spend together at home. The last thing a parent wants to do after all that driving around is to spend lots of time in the kitchen preparing dinner. We will explore how 5-ingredient meals can save you time.

We are excited to have Peggy Eagan, a personal chef who owns Bistro on the Go, host this exclusive series featuring classes focused on healthy family cooking. Until about seven years ago, Peggy was just a juvenile court attorney working with parents and families. Seven years ago, she became a personal chef and caterer. Through her work with food, she has been able to help vacationing and year-round families with meal preparation.
