Go beyond snapshots and selfies.  Explore your creativity through digital photography. We will photograph in several locales and create pictures that grab a viewer’s attention. Improve your skills and while enjoying the opportunity to explore the area. You’ll emerge with a portfolio of best shots ready to print or use in a slide show to share with family and friends.

You may bring your own camera (point and shoot, DSLR, or cell phone) and the manual if you can find it or use one of our loaners. A laptop will be helpful on the last day of class. (Not ChromeBooks)

Instructor Bio: A juried artist and board member of Cape Cod Art Center, Susan’s work has been exhibited at multiple galleries and museums in Massachusetts.  In May of 2014, her Icicle Studies were included in the 3 person exhibit “Light Matter” at the Griffin Museum of Photography, in Winchester.  Additionally, Susan teaches photography to teens and adults at Cape Cod Art Center, leads photowalks, and helps organize the CCAC Camera Club and Click! Photography conference each fall sponsored by the Photography Center.  A retired middle school teacher, Susan now devotes her time largely to fine art photography.
