If you’ve never attempted watercolors before – or you’d like to further explore this forgiving, fluid, and beautiful medium – welcome! This class will simplify your first attempt, or take you to another level on your painting journey. If you’ve ever been stuck with a painting, dissatisfied with the results, this class will demystify it all for you. You’ll learn color mixing, lifting, brush-stroke techniques, paint application, and much more in this supportive, non-intimidating and relaxed atmosphere. There will be ongoing demonstrations, detailed, helpful handouts and a presentation of supplies and tools to help you in the painting process. This class is for all skill levels!
Please, bring a snack for our short break. All supplies will be provided, but for those who want to bring their own material, please see below for a list of suggested supplies and paints for your first class.
Note: Pencils, brushes, & water cups supplied by the instructor.
