The Realities of Alzheimer’s

Come join us for a discussion about Alzheimer’s and learn about the existing support on Cape for anyone living or working with an Alzheimer’s patient. This program is provided by the Alzheimer Family Support Center of Cape Cod (AFSC).
Members from the AFSC will give a brief overview of Alzheimer’s and dementia and discuss their programs and services. The priority of AFSC is to help families and friends navigate the complexities and challenges they face across the span of these diseases.
The Alzheimer Family Support Center provides a variety of support services and programs across the Cape communities, from music programs, to art therapy to discussion groups. The AFSC is here to help!
This is a friendly and dynamic organization which offers information and support to people at all levels of interest and need. We have built in plenty of time for questions, casual conversation and refreshments. Please join us!
