Learn how to make chocolate like a professional. Starting with raw beans, students will learn both the theory and hands-on knowledge needed to create their very own chocolate bar masterpieces: milk chocolate, semi-sweet, dark chocolate, or white chocolate. Participants will be given a melangeur—also known as a conche—to use at home during the course. Ingredients will be provided. Utensils needed will be discussed on day one. Come concoct a delicious creation!

This class meets in the Owl Hall located on the main level of the Education Wing.
