Join, Shirley Stolte, for Story Time sharing books written by Thornton Burgess, as well as books related to Burgess stories and other seasonal/holiday topics.
Shirley Stolte is a trustee of the Thornton Burgess Green Briar Nature Center & Jam Kitchen and a retired elementary school teacher who most recently taught first grade in New Jersey. Shortly after moving to West Barnstable in 2003, Shirley’s passion for children’s literature led her to volunteer at the Green Briar Nature Center library as well as reading to first graders at Barnstable-West-Elementary School and mentoring children at Hyannis West.
Story Time will be held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
