Retro Entertaining~ a Legacy of Recipes with Gail Blakely and Alison Martin

Join Highfield’s Gail Blakely along with Alison Martin for a culinary look back! In this Retro Entertaining class, we will explore a number of “old-fashioned” but timeless recipes which Alison inherited from her mother, Ruth Clark, a very important person in Highfield history. We will make Crustless Quiche, Lemon Chicken with Wild Rice Pilaf, and Almond Cake. We will also prepare a bonus recipe from Alison herself: Alison’s Grown Up Macaroni and Cheese.
