Open Hearth Cooking

Learn to cook on an open hearth with long time docent, Joan Cornell, who has over 20 years experience in demonstrating authentic open hearth cooking.
Participants will come together to prepare a number of different dishes using various techniques and equipment over the hearth, Come to learn, have fun, and make your own lunch!
Workshop is limited to 6 adults.
ATTIRE: Wear old clothing and an apron.
