Bring the garden to your table!

This annual series focuses on the produce available at our local farmers’ markets. This year our culinary director, Gail Blakely, is bringing her box of fresh produce to the class so that you can virtually join her in learning how to “cook local”!

Join Gail this week as she prepares focaccia artfully crafted with a variety of vegetables like cherry tomatoes, colored peppers, scallions and more. These delicious breads are a work of culinary art!

Classes will be held online using the Zoom platform, and if you choose to use the video option, we have no doubt you will find friendly and familiar faces. We are excited to create these opportunities for togetherness and community!
