This class meets online on Zoom beginning at 4pm on Tuesday, June 23. Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two course meal from the comfort of your own home.

While close to the bustle of Paris, the Loire Valley can feel like a secret, serene region that only you know about, though it’s famous for its gardens, its castles, its Vouvray. Chef Joe will prepare foods from three different restaurants along the Loire: La Roche Roy in Tours, Gambetta in Saumur, and Les Anne’s 30 in Chinon. Menu: smoked salmon trout rillettes, sweetbread ragout with wild mushrooms, and rabbit with mustard and green peppercorns.

 Following the online class, a curbside pickup will be available for all registered students of what was just prepared online. At the curbside pickup an associate will bring you your meal for you to take home and enjoy!
