My wife Betty had her birthday two days ago!! Tonight, I want to share with you some of her favorite foods!! We will start with a jumbo lump crab and grapefruit salad, smoked mozzarella and eggplant Napoleon, sole Veronique and finish with Boston cream pie. We will wash it all down with bubbles!! This class meets on the main level in the Education Wing.

MATERIALS
Our cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen. You will be seated at a counter on countertop stools, so please wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best, the temperature fluctuates often.
