Mariachi Dinner, with Chef Joe Cizynski

Before you enjoy the concert of the amazing music of Veronica Robles, Mariachi singer, musician, and founder of Boston’s first female Mariachi Band, in our Great Hall, come dine on a delicious Mariachi Dinner from Chef Joe Cizynski.

The evening will start with a seafood ceviche, followed by roast quail stuffed with chorizo and cornbread, with a dark chocolate mole sauce, Mahi Mahi ala Veracruzan, and then finish with fried ice cream with a tequila berry sauce. We will serve complimentary bubbles from New Mexico. This is a BYOB event and Alsatian wines are recommended.
