Having just visited the AZORES, Lisbon, and Porto I want to share some of the food highlights of my trip. We will start with a marinated seafood salad with tomatoes and peaches, baked scallops in an octopus red wine sauce, roast hake and clams a lagareiro, and finish with a glass of Port and Roquefort cheese.
