You have asked me when I will be doing kitchen dinners and here we go!! Once a month we will do 3 nights in the kitchen with the same menu so you can choose what night you want to enjoy. The classes will be for 10 people each night and wine will be included!! The first dinner will be Tuscan evenings. Seafood bruschetta, roasted Guinea hen crepinettes with rapini and truffles, roast leg of cingiale with chestnut honey, caramelized onions and chestnuts, mashed apples and carrots, and finish with a Zabaglione with mixed berries.
Complimentary bubbles will be served. Bring your best Tuscan wines with you!
