This annual series focuses on produce available at our local  farmers’ markets. This year our culinary director, Gail Blakely, has joined a CSA and she will be bringing her box of fresh produce to the class so that you can join her in learning how to “cook local”!

Last of the Farm to Table classes, but not the last of the garden. Join us as we explore ways to combine sweet and hot peppers, crookneck summer squash, red and yellow onions, and whatever else we find a the market in the late summer. Recipes and tastes are provided and subject to change depending on availability.
