Join our Culinary Director, Gail Blakely, and her kitchen elves this fall as they “Cook the Book.” This year our annual fall culinary series will be all about reviewing some of the best cookbooks from the past 5 decades, focusing on “keeper” recipes from different books. Many of the recipes are geared towards holiday cooking and all of them will be utilizing seasonal ingredients.  Its a great way to kick start all your holiday entertaining this year!

Recipes and tastes are provided. Recipes are also subject to change depending on availability.
