In this demonstration class, taste and explore delicious meals that will satisfy vegetarian and non-vegetarians alike! Starting off with Zucchini, Feta & Leek Gratin and Stuffed Portobellas, you’ll follow up with the ever-popular Jamie Oliver’s Roasted Brassica Salad with Lentils and Haloumi. After Fusili with Kale & Cashew Pasta, we’ll finish with Crock Pot Apples with Cinnamon and Vanilla Ice Cream.
