In this demonstration class, learn how to make African Peanut Soup (Chickpeas, Sweet Potato, Kale, Tomato, Chicken and Peanut Butter), Quick Coq au Vin (French chicken stew) and Turkey and Pinto bean chili. Finally, Kimchi Chigae (Korean pork and kimchi stew with tofu) will warm you up well on a cold night! We will also make Easy Garlic Knots– the perfect accompaniment for any dish!
