Winter Mondays Hiking Series: Bound Brook Island, Wellfleet

Start your week with a short and sweet stroll on the remote trails of the Outer Cape!

Bound Brook Island: In the 19th century, Bound Brook was a thriving farming community. The Cape Cod National Seashore has preserved broad swaths of land on the island and maintains the historical Atwood-Higgins House. We will circle the island on foot using dirt roads, the abandoned railroad right of way, and a stretch of isolated Cape Cod Shoreline.

Instructions and Directions:
Pre-registration required. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. You may bring your own binoculars. Please arrive and check-in 10 minutes before the start of the program. This program includes sanctuary admission for the remainder of the day.

Please note our cancellation policy: In order to receive a refund, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before the program begins. If we cancel the program, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to change programs, schedules, and instructors, and to cancel programs due to low enrollment or unfavorable weather.
