Wednesdays July 10 – July 24, 1:00 – 5:00 PM in the Art Studio

3 classes – $180 / $153 members

If you’ve never attempted watercolors before – or you’d like to further explore this forgiving, fluid, and beautiful medium – welcome! This class will simplify your first attempt, or take you to another level on your painting journey. If you’ve ever been stuck with a painting, dissatisfied with the results, this class will demystify it all for you. You’ll learn color mixing, lifting, brush-stroke techniques, paint application, and much more in this supportive, non-intimidating and relaxed atmosphere. There will be ongoing demonstrations, detailed, helpful handouts and a presentation of supplies and tools to help you in the painting process. This class is for all skill levels!

Please, bring a snack for our short break. There is a $10 material fee (payable online at the time of registration) for those that do not have their own supplies. All supplies will be provided for this fee. For those who want to bring their own material, please see below for a list of necessary supplies and paints for your first class.

Note: Pencils, brushes, & water cups supplied by the instructor.
