Join us for a FREE lecture by Dr. Alan Granby, author of Wandering Whalemen and Their Art: A Collection of Scrimshaw Masterpieces. Dr. Granby will be discussing the art of scrimshaw, as well as a few compelling stories of some of the most intricate scrimshaw masterpieces from the volume.

With wife, Janice Hyland, Granby is proprietor of Hyland Granby Antiques in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, one of America’s leading dealers in museum-quality maritime art and artifacts.
