USS Nantucket Official Crest Unveiling

The Nantucket Historical Association is honored to host the unveiling of the official crest of USS Nantucket (LCS 27) on September 20, 2021 in Gosnell Hall at the Whaling Museum.
The USS Nantucket Commissioning Committee and the officers and crew of Nantucket have invited the Nantucket community to participate in this special ceremony. Join us to learn how Nantucket history is symbolized and honored in the uniquely-designed crest; and to hear about planning efforts for the Commissioning Ceremony, to be scheduled in the next 18–24 months.
