Location: Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, South Wellfleet MA
Audience: Family (suitable for children 4 & up)

Use dip nets and magnifiers to search for swimming, flying, and burrowing wildlife on the sanctuary’s beach at low tide. Our walk to the beach will take us through five different natural communities. We hope to see crabs, turtles, fish, and much more! For children age 4 and older with a caregiver.
Instructions and Directions:
Pre-registration is required. For non-members, the program fee includes sanctuary admission for the remainder of the day.
Please arrive and check-in 10 minutes before the start of the program. We recommend that you dress for the weather and bring sunscreen and drinking water. Wear comfortable walking shoes that you won’t mind getting sandy or wet. To protect your feet from sharp shells, we require everyone to keep their shoes on at the beach; Tevas, Crocs, and Aquasocks are good choices.
Please note our cancellation policy: In order to receive a refund, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before the program begins. If we cancel the program, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to change programs, schedules, and instructors, and to cancel programs due to low enrollment or unfavorable weather.
