Every year, D’Artagnan celebrates the European tradition of seasonally hunted game. From the Highlands of Northern Scotland, our Scottish game is procured from weekend estate hunts organized exclusively for us. The game is truly wild, subsisting on berries, seeds, and flowers foraged in the moors and lush forests, which contributes to the distinctive flavor.

Tonight we will dine on wild hare pate with foie gras, roast wood pigeon and free range chicken, tartine of wild pheasant en salmis and finish with fresh cheeses. We will taste white and reds from Provence.

This class meets on the main level in the Education Wing.  Tickets: $65.00.
