Ages: 5-7: $25 per person

Start your Saturday morning right with Miss Britt on this Yoga adventure. This class is broken into three parts.

  • Part #1 – Meet at the pond. Warm up breathing and yoga poses.
  • Part #2 – Adventure into the woods for a singing hike where we stop along the trail and do yoga poses. We will use our bodies to pretend we are nature.
  • Part #3 – Relax back at the pond for final yoga poses and closing breathing exercises.
