Painting the Tonal Landscape with Terry Dunn – Wednesdays

This class is for intermediate level oil and acrylic painters.

Message from FAC:  We are expecting to be able to offer both online and in person classes this summer. Safety of our staff, teachers, students, volunteers and visitors is our highest priority. We are putting in place a number of adjustments to keep everyone safe for in person classes, subject to recommendations from
federal, state and local health officials, which may include mask and glove
use, frequent disinfecting and social distancing.

Please register early as class registration closes 48 hours before the start of first class.  Registration must be accompanied by full payment.

Enrollments for this class are subject to the permission of the instructor, Terry Dunn.

Using photos as the subject, this intermediate level class in oil/acrylic will focus on how to create interesting two-dimensional designs through examining patterns of light and shade, how to think in an abstract manner, and how to simplify and eliminate detail that doesn’t add to the composition.

To participate in this class, students must first submit work to the instructor and be accepted into the class.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will not be given within one week of the start of a class. Classes are not pro-rated, and there are no makeups for missed classes. A $25 processing fee is withheld from all refunds.

The Art Center reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment, in which case tuition will be fully refunded.
