ONLINE: “Crazy about Color!” Color Theory and Mixing in Painting, Part Two, with Livia Mosanu

In this part two class, conducted online on Zoom, students will dive further into color theory and color mixing, working on simple still life paintings using a limited palette and pre-mixed colors. The class will consist of lectures, demonstrations, and handouts. The instructor will use oil paint, but students may use acrylics or other mediums. For critiques, students are encouraged to e-mail well-lit digital photos taken with a cell phone. The instructor will use Photoshop to make notes and annotations over submitted photos.
