NY Steakhouse Cooking Class: Learn, Taste, Sip, and Savor! With Chef Joseph Cizynski

Tonight we will go to The Palm Restaurant in NYC and dine on some of their classic menu items. We will start with Gigi’s salad with grilled shrimp and Nueskes smoked bacon, then enjoy prime NY strip with brandy peppercorn sauce, along with classic sides of creamed spinach and baked wild mushrooms. Dessert will be a chocolate raspberry terrine with Anglaise sauce.
This class meets in the Owl Hall on the main level of the Education Wing.
