Join culinary instructor Michelle Itzkowitz, in the Highfield kitchen as she reflects on Spring, a time of renewal and rebirth.

In Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, this is kapha season, and on Cape Cod that means plenty of cool, wet weather. Learn how to balance the kapha that is in each of us with recipes inspired by the tradition of Ayurveda.

Michelle will be welcoming spring with light vegetable tartlettes and a delicious salad with pecans and goat cheese.  Just in case the weather is not as warm as we would hope, there’s also a fabulous mixed vegetable soup that can be made in the Instant Pot, or on the stove. Class topics and recipes are subject to change depending on availability.
