This workshop is designed for advanced beginners. The pre-requisite for the workshop is completion of Marian Colman’s “Getting Started in Watercolor” workshop OR any other beginning watercolor class.
We will continue to explore the medium of watercolor through exercises. Topics to be covered include color mixing, composition, value studies, and the overall painting process (both studio and plein air painting). Elements of landscape painting such as skies, trees, water and foreground will also be addressed.
