Master Class for Children with Edie Vonnegut

Description:Basic Renaissance technique taught in an easy to understand way. Chiaroscuro, starting from dark to light. Utilizing modern materials like paper towels and water-soluble oil paints. I aim to give a solid foundation to drawing and painting. How to handle and care for materials. How to mix and apply colors. To result in a good painting by end of session as I believe every young person has a masterpiece in them.
Materials:
A drawing pad of white paper. Any size.
Pencils 2B,4B. Kneaded eraser.
Roll of Viva paper towels
Gloves
*Edie will provide water soluble oil colors, small canvases and all other materials.
