She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Southern New Hampshire University with a focus on voice, piano, and choral conducting.

Jessica has had the privilege of teaching music overseas as the Music Director for the African Children’s Choir MFL teams in Africa . She was also a member of the renowned Jireh Gospel Choir which performed regularly at numerous festivals and events in Canada, and at the World Polyfolia Vocal Showcase in Normandie, France. She also performed as a solo jazz artist in Montreal city.

Since her arrival to the United States in 2009, Jessica has been active as a Music Educator under the faculty of the Musical Arts Academy of Dover, in New Hampshire. This vision drives her strong curriculum and desire for excellence in education. Jessica is as passionate about teaching as she is about her own music and songwriting. Students who study with Jessica have gone on to become performing artists of their own. Their successes have resulted in some of them performing in their own bands, improvising and doing their own song interpretation, getting leads in school plays, and even becoming singer-songwriters themselves. Some have been selected for performance at state festivals, while others have gone on to study music at the college level.
