Hand Engraving on Glass with Liz Roessler

Join calligrapher Liz Roessler to learn the art of engraving using a hand-held micro-drill in this interactive workshop! She will patiently guide students through project prep, workspace set-up, all the best techniques, and pro tools for measuring / aligning lettering on various objects.

Liz will demonstrate engraving different lettering styles for monograms, initials, names, favorite words, and seasonal greetings.

Examples of popular items that can be engraved are glass, vases, cutting boards & bowls, perfume bottles, aluminum tumblers, wine & spirits bottles, stones & more! Engravings may then be filled with a metallic wax finish in silver or various shades of gold.
