Experience the many benefits of yoga In this 60-minute slower-paced class and get ready for your day! Class is held in the Center’s beautiful Gallery space with yoga instructor Sue Andersen, where we will build on basic poses, practice fun sequences and explore breath awareness and meditation practices. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
