The 2024 Winter Music & More concert series is sponsored by the Cape Cod Five Foundation.
Dennis and Friends will perform songs from the Great American Songbook as well as one or two gems from the 60’s and 70’s.
Dennis Flaherty enjoys singing songs with a bit of a “Rat Pack” vibe, songs made popular by such artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Bobby Darin, Michael Buble’, as well as some gems from the 60’s & 70’s. In his early teen years, he regularly watched the Dean Martin Hour (variety show) and just loved Dean’s singing, his sense of humor, and his relaxed nature. While having aspirations to sing and be part of a band, his practical side chose a career in teaching. For 35 years, he taught elementary physical education in the Medway Public Schools. After his retirement in 2011, it was time to have some fun with the singing.
