Enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired Delicious Journey with musician and chef Aoife Clancy, featuring some of Aoife’s favorite recipes with a little Blue Zones influence. Aoife (pronounced ee-fa) will share stories and songs from her musical upbringing in Ireland to her time spent on the island of Sardinia, where she first got introduced to the Blue Zones lifestyle and the benefits of a Blue Zones diet and way of life.
Tonight’s menu: Greek flatbread, winter potato salad, orange and rosemary chicken with roasted root vegetables and fresh herb mix, dessert of chocolate mousse pie with berries and nuts.
