Curtis on Tour

Back by popular demand, Curtis on Tour returns to Highfield with a dynamic program that explores musical works through the ages. Curtis on Tour is the Nina von Maltzahn global touring initiative of the Curtis Institute of Music. It features extraordinary emerging professional artists performing alongside celebrated faculty and alumni and is grounded in the school’s learn by doing philosophy.
The musicians will include Roberto Diaz, on the viola, David Shifrin on the clarinet and a string quartet of emerging artists. The program will feature Mozart, Mendelssohn and Ellington, (subject to change).
