Cotuit Oral Histories

Communities have rip-roaring and enriching stories to tell, but they often wait too long to reach the people who best know their history. We’ve been trying to get a step ahead by interviewing as many  “old timers”  whose Cotuit roots run deep to capture their amazing stories.
We’re taping the interviews, transcribing them, and making them available via our partnership with the Historical Society. With luck and time, we also hope to produce a magazine story, and segments for public radio.
