Considered a mythical land for centuries, Tibet possesses an extraordinarily rich cultural heritage. Cape Cod’s First Tibetan Cultural Festival will present a thematic showcase of Tibetan traditions to build awareness of this inspiring culture and to raise funds to help provide humanitarian aid for women and children in this region of the world.

Help Tibetan Nuns, Inc., a non-profit organization, is sponsoring the festival which will run from May 21 through June 9th and will feature a series of art, film, dance, music and ritual events held at some of Cape Cod’s finest cultural venues. The board members of Help Tibetan Nuns, Inc., are so grateful for the collaborative efforts of the Cape Cod Museum of Art, The Cape Cinema and The Cultural Center of Cape Cod to host the events and make the festival possible.
