Brewster in Bloom – WINDMILL VILLAGE OPEN HOUSE

Join the BHS for the Brewster in Bloom OPEN HOUSE festivities at the Windmill Village, adjacent to the Drummer Boy Park.

1795 Higgins Farm Windmill will be open for guided tours. You can learn how wind power was the technology of the day.
See a blacksmith at work in the 1867 Hopkins Blacksmith Shop and visit the 1795 Harris-Black House, a Cape Cod “small house.”

May 6, Saturday 1:00 – 4:00 pm just down the road to the east will be an open house for tours at the 1799 Captain Cobb House at 739 Lower Road. Exhibit rooms with period displays of Brewster home and working life in the early 1800s and so much more!
