Come celebrate the release of Cape Cod author, historian, and journalist Dr. Daphne Palmer Geanacopoulos’ new book, THE PIRATE’S WIFE: The Remarkable True Story of Sarah Kidd. Sarah Kidd was the wife and accomplice to Captain William Kidd, one of the most notorious pirates to prowl the seas. Sarah’s life is a lesson in survival, resilience, and resourcefulness, and Dr. Palmer Geanacopoulos is dedicated to sharing Sarah’s story and the stories of women like her, who have been forgotten by history.
