Behind-the-Scenes Collection Tour: Focus on Scrimshaw

Go behind the scenes with Heritage’s curator, Jennifer Madden, and scrimshaw expert, Alan Granby, for an exclusive exploration of the museum’s antique scrimshaw collection. Participants will be admitted to an “Employees Only” collection storage area to get up-close and personal with these unique pieces. During the tour, Jennifer and Alan will share little-known facts and stories about the items. Advance registration is recommended, as space is extremely limited and this tour will sell out! Please note that this program takes place inside Collection Storage which can only be accessed via stairs.  Fee: $17 Members; $27 Non-Members.
