Adult Ballet: Absolute Beginner with Lucy Lee is a perfect introduction to the study of classical ballet. No prior dance experience is necessary.
The classes are taught slowly with the focus on correct body placement and proper execution of ballet steps.This class is also great for a dancer wishing to refine their foundation.
