Indian Classics with Sanjay: Shrimp Curry & Aloo Palak
Explore classic Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two delicious dishes: Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk and Aloo Palak (Potato with Spinach). Kala Chana (black chickpeas) will be served for tasting during the class. Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking.
At the end of class, you'll enjoy what you have cooked together with rice and naan -- there might even be leftovers to take home!
