Indian Classics with Sanjay: Bhuna Gosht & Chana Dal
Explore classic Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two delicious dishes: Bhuna Gosht (Lamb with onion & roasted spice) and Chana Dal (split peas lentil). Aloo/Matar Tikka (potato/peas cutlet ) will be served for tasting during the class. Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking.
At the end of class, you'll enjoy what you have cooked together with rice and naan.

My wife and I moved to beautiful Cape Cod permanently in 2010 after owning summer homes here for 30 years. I am an electrical engineer by profession (retired) and worked for Bausch & Lomb as Sr. Vice President of Global Engineering and Product Development. I am a chef as a hobby and am thrilled to bring Indian culture and cuisine to the Cultural Center.
