CALL FOR ENTRIES: Wrap it Up! 5th Annual Members' Small Works Holiday Show & Sale

We invite you to submit your artwork for the CCMoA Members' Holiday Show and Sale. This exhibition promotes the idea of giving LOCAL ART as gifts to friends and family during the holiday season. New this year, the Cape Cod Museum of Art staff will choose their favorite artworks to feature on our website! The selected pieces and artists will be announced at the Opening Reception on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
All artwork in Wrap it Up! will be for sale in the Museum. To make art more accessible to all, please submit work that is reasonably priced.
Membership Requirements:
- You must be a current member of the Cape Cod Museum of Art for the duration of the exhibition through January 31, 2026.

Dates and Deadlines:
- You must register entries and pay online BEFORE the drop-off date. We cannot accommodate late entries. 
- Artwork drop-off: Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm and/or Friday, November 7, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 
- Each artwork must be CLEARLY labeled with the Artist's name and artwork title. 
- Wrap it Up! will be open to the public, free of admission, during regular Museum hours, from Thursday, November 13, 2025, through Sunday, January 4, 2026. Join us at the Opening Reception on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 4:00 - 6:30 pm. 
- Pick-up of unsold art: Monday, January 5, 2026, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and/or Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Artwork cannot be stored at the Museum after the designated pick-up dates. 
Entry Guidelines:
- You must register entries and pay online BEFORE the drop-off date. We cannot accommodate late entries. 
- Members are invited to submit up to (4) four artworks. The entry fee for each artwork is $10. Entry fees are non-refundable. 
- Please price artwork to make it accessible to the general public. 
- All artwork must be for sale. Artists will receive 50% of the sale price and the Museum will receive 50%. 
- All artwork must be ready to hang on a wall (excluding standing sculpture). 
- Artwork may be no larger than 18" on either side, including the frame if there is one. Frames are not necessary for gallery-wrapped canvases that are at least 1"-2" in depth. Canvases that are not gallery-wrapped and less than 1" in depth must be framed. Sculpture must fit within an 18" x 18" x 18" cube. 
- All artwork must be original. Any prints submitted must be limited edition, signed, and numbered. 
- All artwork should adhere to copyright regulations. The Museum does not accept artwork created by AI. 
The Cape Cod Museum of Art is 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. The Museum reserves the right to exclude any submission from an exhibition for any reason. The Museum reserves the right to use images of exhibition works on its website or in the media for any promotional purpose.
