Back in the Kitchen with Joe: Feast of the Seven Fishes

Join Chef Joe Cizynski "back in the kitchen" for an intimate, informative holiday gourmet dinner!


Join us as we demonstrate and enjoy the The Feast of the Seven Fishes, the annual Christmas Eve vigil and epic seafood feast that has grown into the most beloved meal of the year in Italian-American households. Housemade seafood sausage with shrimp, salmon and scallops; grilled octopus with beach plum vinaigrette; poached sole with tarragon and grapes; seared Arctic char gravlax with caper berry sauce; and calamari stuffed with veal, pine nuts, and raisins.


Complimentary Prosecco will be poured! 

These nights will be in the Simoneau kitchen and limited to 10 people. Sign up quickly! This is a BYOB event and crisp white wines from Italy are recommended.
