Learn from one of Cape Cod’s most celebrated artists, Bill Evaul, practicing the traditional white-line color woodblock technique. Invented in Provincetown in the early 1900s, sometimes referred to as the Provincetown Print, this technique creates a multi-colored print from a singular carved woodblock. On the first day of the class come prepared with several possible print ideas. You can print from a drawing or translate it from any other art medium, or photograph. Abstract compositions are also a possibility.
