Let’s travel from San Gimignano to Cortona, Italy, and eat some local fare. Just 16 lucky people will have the chance to be part of an amazing culinary experience in the Center’s Constantinidis Great Hall where Chef Joe Cizynski will demonstrate cooking techniques for each course before it is served.

We’ll start with seafood bruschetta, roasted guinea hen with broccoli rabe, pomegranate and truffles, roast leg of pork glazed with chestnut honey and caramelized onions and chestnuts, puréed apples and carrots, and mixed fruits with a Sabayon brûlée.

Bring your own beverage … and your appetite!

This class meets in the Great Hall in the main building. Registration closes at 9pm on Sunday, October 25.
